Nashville, Tenn. - Red Camel Collective’s highly anticipated debut album is officially out now via Pinecastle Records. This 10-track self-titled collection introduces listeners to the powerhouse ensemble featuring reigning IBMA Momentum Vocalist of the Year Heather Berry Mabe (vocals, guitar), Tony Mabe (banjo, vocals), Johnathan Dillon (mandolin, vocals) and Curt Love (bass). The project masterfully blends original compositions with must-hear Bluegrass classics, solidifying the group’s place as a fresh yet deeply rooted force in the genre.
The album is a mix of original material and timeless covers, with Heather Berry Mabe penning half of the tracks. The latest single, “Daughter of the Stars,” is a song that packs a very important message about seeing the beauty in everything, showcasing soaring harmonies and heartfelt storytelling. Other standout cuts include the poignant original “Sincerity,” the uplifting “Dare to Dream,” and their fresh take on Charley Pride’s classic “Roll On Mississippi.” With a lineup of stellar guest musicians including Michael Cleveland, Sharon White, Suzanne Cox, Stephen Burwell, Jeff Partin and Gaven Largent, the project is a testament to the band’s musical depth and versatility.
To celebrate the album’s release, Red Camel Collective will appear on SiriusXM’s Bluegrass Junction this weekend. Tune in, as they join host Joey Black for an exclusive session, performing five tracks from the album and sharing the stories behind them. It is set to premiere today (2/21) at 11:00am ET, and re-run over the next week (see times below). Adding to their momentum, the band has also been selected as one of AirPlay Direct’s “Featured Artists” for February, further amplifying their presence in the Bluegrass radio community.

Comprised of the current touring members of the Junior Sisk Band, Red Camel Collective draws inspiration from their deep Bluegrass roots while forging their own path. Their name itself pays homage to Junior Sisk’s signature hit “The Man in Red Camels.” Since launching, the group has gained significant traction, with previous singles like “Roll On Mississippi,” “Sincerity,” and “Last Time I Saw Him” climbing the Roots Music Report and Bluegrass Today charts, with Top Five entries. The new album continues this momentum, offering a genuine and skillfully crafted collection that blends tradition with contemporary artistry.
